Dear ITS Student,
Chung-Ang University, South Korea has opened the registration for the International Winter Program 2025. The accepted students will be responsible of program’s fee, roundtrip ticket, health insurance (if required), and their living cost during the program.

The fees of this program is USD 1500 + USD 250 for dormitory. The price is include administration fee, tuition fee, and dormitory.
The selected participants also responsible for the roundtrip ticket, visa fees, travel insurance, meals and other personal expenses.
This program open for ITS students D4/S1 minimum batch 2022, 2021, 2020 & S2 all batch from any departments.
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV
2.Original Official Academic Transcript in English version
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. Scanned of passport information page (Valid minimum one year)
5. Valid English Proficiency Certificate (original). TOEFL ITP/EFL from UPT Bahasa min 500 or you can use IELTS 6.0/TOEFL IBT 68/Duolingo min 100 points/ CEFR B2 Equivalent (Screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa/TOEFL Prediction are not acceptable)

7. Statement Letter from parents (in Bahasa), stated that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects
8. Motivation Letter
9. Recommendation Letter from Academic Supervisor/Lecturer
10. GCW/GCA Certificate
The incomplete application will not proceed by Mobility Team.

All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_IWPCAU_NAME_NRP”.
The submission deadline extended to on 17 December 2024 ( 09.00 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 19 December 2024.
