Tohoku University Japanese Program (TUJP) is a short program designed to improve your Japanese proficiency and deepen your understanding of Japan. It includes intensive Japanese lessons with practical activities to reinforce language use, along with interactive sessions on both traditional and contemporary Japanese culture and society. The program also offers collaborative learning opportunities with local Tohoku University students, who will serve as “buddies” to welcome and support you throughout. Tailored to your needs and interests, this program is designed to help you experience the REAL Japan.
