Dear ITS Students,
Saga University Japan would like to offer you student exchange (SPACE-E or SPACE-SE) intake Spring 2024 (start from April 2024). The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, registration fee, dorms and living expenses in Japan including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, Travel Insurance and independent 14 days Quarantine. Students also need to check the entry regulations to enter Japan

Here the requirement for this program
1. Application form –> SPACE-E or SPACE-SE
2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 2,75 (out of 4.0)
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (at least valid minimum until one year)
5. The latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score (original). You only can use TOEFL ITP 530, IELTS 5.5 (Overall), TOEFL iBT 72, TOEIC 740.
6. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
7. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
8. Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please only submit with your department coordinator (Head of Dept) signed only. You don’t need to get signed at Institutional Coordinator and please leave blank for that section
9. Certificate of Health

11. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80
12. ITS Students must consult with thier parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. (No format required)
The incomplete application will not proceed by Mobility Team.
For ITS Students who interested to join this program please kindly submit your application through this form https://its.id/studyabroadITS . All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_Saga_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline is on 31 October 2023 ( 23.59 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 1 November 2023.
