(Urgent) WVSU Short Program 2023: Creating Opportunities

Dear ITS Students,

We are happy to inform you that West Visayas State University (WVSU) Philippines will hold short program : Creating Opportunities on 8 – 23 November 2023.

The program rundown are:

November 8- Arrival + Welcome Dinner + Introduction to their Filipino “buddies”
November 9 – Cultural immersion (Iloilo City tour + courtesy call to the mayor)
November 10 – Courtesy call to University President + tour in the campus
November 11 -12 — Free day with Filipino buddies
November 13-16 — Attend Flag Raising , Academic classes
November 17 – Cultural dances +  Hiligaynon Language lessons + student organizations immersion
November 18– Community immersion with the respective program extensions
November 19–Free day (with buddies)
November 20-21- Academic classes
November 22- Culminating/Closing Night
The selected participants will enjoy cultural immersion in Ilo Ilo City Philippines and some academic session from WVSU.
WVSU & ITS will select only 2 Succesful applicants to join this program. The selected participants get free accommodation and  food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) allowance. The participants only cover for return flight and travel insurance.
This program is only open for ITS Students batch 2021 & 2020 only from departments below (WVSU who’s decided for dept criteria)
– Visual Communication Design
– Information Technology
– Information System
– Business Management

1. CV

2. scanned of your latest english proficiency certificate

3. Scanned of passport information page (with validity minimum 1 year from 1 November 2023)

4. Scanned of ID Students

5. Statement Letter (Please download from this link http://bit.ly/its-short-program )

6. 1-2 Pages Motivation Letter. Please give strong reason why you need the program and the committee will select you for this program

 

Please submit all of your documents (soft copy in PDF) with subject : Apply_WVSU_Name_NRP to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id maximum on  Monday, 16 October 2023  (10.00 WIB) The interview will be held by online through zoom app on Monday, 16 October 2023  around 16.30 – 18.00 WIB
