The School of Computer Science at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) cordially invites ITS students to their summer programme ‘Tropical Data Science School.’ This programme has been designed considering the pivotal role data plays in our life – telling stories, describing phenomena, and paving the way for innovation. The program will be held on 20-27 July 2023
At the end of this one-week data intensive you will be able to:
In addition to this, you will be exposed to Malaysia’s diverse culture through the food, clothes, music and much more! You get to experience all of this while staying at Penang and enjoying multiple activities designed specifically for students like you by our USM Buddies – a group of our undergraduate students that awaits to host you here!

The programme fees of 670USD, However special for ITS Students, you need only to pay USD 550
The fee is cover the academic classes, accommodation, airport transfer from the Penang International Airport, cultural activities and excursions throughout the programme. Whereas USM will be providing daily breakfast and lunches for participants from our partner universities for FREE.

4. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)
