Providence University Taiwan would like to inform you that they are currently opening registration of Lab Internship – Student Research Program in 2023 under TEEP (Taiwan Experience Education Program) Scholarship scheme. The program must held on 30 August – 30 December 2023.
TEEP was launched in 2015 by the Taiwan Ministry of Education (MOE). Every TEEP affiliated university program in Taiwan submits an annual budget and planning proposal for MOE review and approval. All programs must comply with government regulations to ensure the basic rights of international students and education quality.
In this case, Providence University is accepted as one host and they offer to have internship project with topic: Development of next generation solar cell and lithium-ion battery technologies
This project will focus on the development of “Novel green-energy technology”. Students who enter this laboratory will participate in the researches on advanced materials for next-generation organic/hybrid solar cells and lithium-ion batteries including the development of organic/hybrid materials, the improvement and optimization of battery technologies, publication of results and opt-in the courses relating green energy technologies and introductory semiconductor & opto-electronic materials”, ans so on. It is expected that students will experience a profound research training on cutting-edge green energy technology during the internship, and will also have the opportunity to pursue for higher education.

Scholarship Grants
To help students meet living expenses, We offer eligible TEEP participants a $10,000 monthly (up to 4 months) stipend to cover various related expenses and on-campus housing. The actual stipend amount is determined by each program director. Please kindly note that the scholarship can be into accommodation facilities, lab facilities and some stipend for living cost & travel fees.
This program is open for ITS students for Diploma & S1 (batch 2020) & S2 all batch who are coming from Dept: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Industrial Chemical Engineering and Automation Electrical Engineering

1. CV
2. Scanned of Official Academic Transcripts
3. 1-2 Pages Motivation Letter
4. Scanned passport information page at least valid minimum one year
5. Valid English Proficiency certificate (original). TOEFL/IELTS/IBT with minimum score 500 (You can use EFL. However TEFL from Dirpendik is not acceptable)
6. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) –> You can submit proof communication with dept first
7. Formal photo in JPEG format
