Dear ITS Students,
We are excited to announce that applications for the Excursion Study to France: Summer School on Transport and Mobility program are now open! The program will be hosted by INSA Hauts-de-France from June 26 to June 30, 2023.
This program is open to IUP and Regular students from any batch.
ITS Global Engagement is offering a scholarship, worth Rp 4.000.000 for Regular students and RP 5.000.000 for IUP students. The Scholarship will be given once the program finished. To receive the scholarship, students must submit a letter of responsibility (SPJ) along with boarding passes, photographs, immigration stamps, and any other related documents (to be confirmed soon) to ITS GE for reimbursement.

Students who are willing to bear 3 credits from the program must participate in the 3 phases of the program:
o Pre-program (7 meetings @2hours) starts on May 2023 – Briefing & Overview – The history of France & Education in France – French culture & places to visit in France – French Language (3 meetings) – Program & Study Guide in France
o On-site Program (in France) – Day 1 – Welcoming ceremony, Course 1: Electrical vehicles, Course 2: French culture, Laboratory visit – Day 2 – Course 3: Alternatives fuels, Course 4: Thermal confort, Company visit – Day 3 – Course 5: Aerodynamics in transport, Course 6: Materials in transport, Course 7: French culture, City tour at Valenciennes – Day 4 – Course 8: Safety transport, Course 9: Human-computer interaction in transport, Company visit – Day 5 – Final presentation, Free time
o Post-program – Sharing session in FS2 – Learning Diary, Reflection, Closing
