Universiti Putra Malaysia would like to inform you that they are currently opening a research opportunity for researcher who are interested to participate in Collaboration Opportunity at Tioman Island, Malaysia.
This project aims to identify sources and distributions of non-biological contaminants found in Tioman Island by spectroscopy and chromatography method; Towards contaminants Spectral Library on environmental compounds combined with chemometric, under the supervision of Dr Mohd Rashidi Abdull Manap from the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, Universiti Putra Malaysia and a team with expertise in Polymer Chemistry, Spectroscopy, Chromatography, Environment, Forensic, Computer Science and Maritime Criminal Investigation Division.
Please kindly note that this is a self-funded MSc/PhD project. However, an invited researcher (Professor or Research Attachment) will partial financial support for 2023-2024.
