Student Pass and Visa Requirement:
Student pass application is need to be made by student through Education Malaysia Global Services Malaysia (EMGS) website before coming to Malaysia. You are required to make VAL payment to EMGS during the application payment section, there will be 2 option (which is to pay using credit card and Pay to Institutions), please choose pay through credit card. If you do not have credit card you may made payment through telegraphic transfer (at any banks nearby you at home country) as per below details:

UPM does offer on-campus accommodation that can be booked for mobility students. However the availability of the on-campus accommodation is strictly based on first come first serve basis. For more information on these accommodations you may visit the following website.

Medical Insurance Plan:
It is compulsory for every student entering Malaysia to have medical insurance. You need to be insured from the date you enter. All international students must be covered by a locally purchased medical health insurance scheme. Students are reminded that it is compulsory for them to have a valid medical insurance plan throughout the period of study. International students whose medical and health insurance cover period expires prior to the expiry of their existing student pass are required to top up/extend their insurance. This top up/extension should be sufficient to cover the period up to the expiry of their existing student pass or a maximum of 12 months from the insurance start date, whichever is lower.

5. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
6. Scanned of the applicant’s passport information page (at least valid until one year from 1 Oct 2022)
7. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL/IELTS/IBT/EFL certificate with minimum score 477, TOEFL Duolingo min 90 points. Please kindly note that EFL from Dirpendik, TOEFL Prediction and score screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa are not acceptable
8. Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please only submit with your department coordinator (Head of Dept) signed only. You don’t need to get signed at Institutional Coordinator and please leave blank for that section.

10. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80
The incomplete application will not proceed by Mobility Team. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to submit it during interview process
