Dear ITS Students,
AGH University of Science and Technology Exchange would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for Winter Semester is already opened. However the accepted students are responsible for their tuition fee, dormitory, learning materials and living expenses in Poland including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, Visa & Travel Insurance. Students also need to check the entry regulation from Poland
Please be advised that the students are compulsory to take 27 – 32 ECTS (equal to 15 – 18 SKS) and must transfer all the courses (both mandatory and elective courses) into your transcript upon your exchange completion. It is strongly suggested to not re-take any previous courses taken at ITS. You are only allowed to take courses from intake Winter 2022. Please consult the chosen & transferable courses with your Head of Department and Coordinator S1.

We will not process the incomplete documents or late submission. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program.
