Guest Lecture Series (GLS) is a short program hosted by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Indonesia, that was conducted online due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Based on the necessity for students to receive a broader point of view based on their respective major and for international lecturers to enrich their teaching portfolios, this program aims to hold a cross-sectoral dialogue about the SDGs.
Each GLS session discusses a different SDG Goal, for instance on 2 March 2022, SDG 1 and 8 was raised to base the issue of ”No Poverty: Importance of Equal Rights” and “Inclusive Workplace-Human Resource for Neurodiversity Employment in Technology Industries”. Not only did it facilitate ITS students, it also enabled the involvement of international students, as evidenced by the active participation of Surigao State College of Technology, San Pedro College, Tarlac Agricultural University, Al-Quds University, Universiti Malaysia Perlis, and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia students.
