A Semester Exchange Program at Sup’Biotech France Fall 2022

Dear ITS Students,

The Institut Sup’Biotech de Paris (Sup’Biotech or école d’ingénieurs en biotechnologie à Paris) France would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for fall 2022 (September 2022 – mid. December 2022) is already opened.  The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, independents quarantinee,  dorms and living expenses in France including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance

Housing options:

• Student Residences:
  Studio with kitchenette and private bathroom
  Price: 550-750€
  Distance: 2-15 minutes of walking
• Shared flat:
  Single bed in bedroom, shared kitchen and bathroom
  Price: 400-700€
  Distance: 5-20 minutes of walking
• As none of the options are managed by Sup’Biotech, housing cannot
  be guaranteed. Sup’Biotech provides a list of several student residences and students find accommodation by their own

The program will be divided into 2 type

Biotech 3:

This program open for ITS Students S1 batch 2020

The period of program is Sept – Dec 2022

List of courses: Life Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Languages and Electives ( R&D, Bio-Production & Quality, Marketing)

ITS Students should take and transfer min 10 SKS

Biotech 4:

This program open for ITS Students S1 Batch 2019 and S2 batch 2021

The period of program is Sept – Dec 2022 and Sept 2022 – January 2023

List of courses : Life Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Languages, Electives (R&D, BioProduction & Quality, Marketing) and Options (Health & Pharmacy, Food Science, Cosmetics, Environment, Bio-Informatics)

ITS Students should take min 6 Credits

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :

1. CV (maximum 2 pages)

2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 3.25 (out of 4.0)

3. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (Valid min one year)

4. a. Biotech 3: Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL iBT 70, IELTS 6, TOEIC (2 Skills). You can’t use screenshoot score from web UPT Bahasa

4. b. Biotech 4: Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL iBT 80, IELTS 6.5, TOEIC (2 Skills). You can’t use screenshoot score from web UPT Bahasa

5. 1 Page Cover Letter (kind of motivation letter completed with head of letter and applicant signature, you may googling it for fid the good example)

6. Statement Letter (please download from here   ( bit.ly/its-student-exchange/ )

7. Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here ( bit.ly/its-student-exchange/ )  For this file, must signed by applicants and advisor/Head of Dept.

8. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (S2 Applicants can replace it with R2SEP certificate)

The incomplete documents and over deadline applications will not be processed by Mobility Team. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and permission to join this program in the middle of pandemic. please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to submit it during interview process
