Dear ITS Students,
Saga University Japan would like to offer you student exchange (SPACE-E or SPACE-SE) intake Spring 2022 (start from April – August 2022). The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, registration fee, dorms and living expenses in Japan including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, Travel Insurance and independent 14 days Quarantine. Students also need to check the entry regulations to enter Japan

Here the requirement for this program
1. Application form –> SPACE-E or SPACE-SE
2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 2,75 (out of 4.0)
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (at least valid minimum until one year)
5. The latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score (original). You only can use TOEFL ITP 530, IELTS 5.5 (Overall), TOEFL iBT 72, TOEIC 740.
6. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
7. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
8. Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please only submit with your department coordinator (Head of Dept) signed only. You don’t need to get signed at Institutional Coordinator and please leave blank for that section
9. Pledge Form ( Please kindly signed it and leave blank for institution coordinator section)
10. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (For D4/S1 only)
The incomplete application will not proceed by Mobility Team. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to submit it during interview process
