This program are open for ITS Students Diploma/S1 batch 2018, 2019 & 2020 and S2 who already completed minimum 1 semester.
ITS Students are compulsory to take and transfer minimum 10 SKS for Diploma & S1 and 5 SKS for S2.
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV (maximum 2 pages)
2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 3.0(out of 4.0)
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. Motivation Letter ( One Page A4 Arial 11, Margin 3,3,3 3)
5. Scanned of the applicant’s passport information page (Valid minimum one year)
6. Valid of Certificate English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL min 500 (you can use EFL/TOEFL from UPT Bahasa min 500), IELTS min 6.0, IBT 63. Score screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa or TOEFL Prediction are not eligible
7. the latest formal close up photo (in JPEG/format)

9 Learning Agreement, There are two types of learning agreement and you must submit both :
– Learning Agreement KMITL version
in University section later will be filled by ITS Global Engagement
– Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
For both of file must signed by applicants and advisor/Head of Dept.
10. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (S2 Applicants can replace it with R2SEP certificate)
We will not process the incomplete documents or late submission.ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to bring it during interview
