Dear ITS Students
Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) Malaysia would like to inform you that They will open virtual (online) students exchange for fall semester 2021 (Intake 02 Sept – 12 December 2021) The tuition fee for this program is waived and you don’t need to come to Malaysia physically. However, the status of ITS students will remain as student exchange program in ITS
This program are open for Diploma & S1 batch 2018, 2019 & 2020. The accepted students must pay the admission fee to UTP about USD 160 per student. However, selected ITS students (only S1, not available for Dploma) may have chances to receive funding support from the Kemdikbud Dikti under the International Credit Transfer (ICT) program.
Please kindly note that ITS Students will take 1-3 courses (up to 12 credits in UTP) and must transfer at least 1 courses into ITS System (except batch 2020 is compulsory to transfer all the courses). In this option, ITS Students will paid the UKT with same amount and can take courses in ITS as well. However, in order to be able got support ICT program, you must transfer minimum 6 credits

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV (maximum 2 pages)
2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 2,75 (out of 4.0)
3. Students ID scanned
4. Study Plan ( One Page A4 Arial 11, Margin 3,3,3 3).
5. Passport Photo
6. Valid English Proficiency Test Certificate with TOEFL min 500 , IELTS min 5.0, IBT 59, CBT 173. You can’t use the screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa and TOEFL prediction
7. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
8. Learning Agreement, There are two types of learning agreement and you must submit both :
– Learning Agreement UTP version
in University section later will be filled by ITS Global Engagement
– Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
Those file must signed by applicants and Head of Dept.

The Interview Selection will be held on 17 May 2021 evening (around 19.00 – 22.00 WIB)
