Altinbas University (Turkey) and Management and Science University (Malaysia) cordially invite you to an online talk and discussion entitled “Positive Workplace Perceptions During Pandemic – A Way Forward and Beyond” featuring Dr. Forbis Ahamed, a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business Management and Professional Studies, Management and Science University, Malaysia. He obtained his PhD in leadership and organizational management from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Prior to joining the program, he had worked for almost 10 years as a Lecturer at the Department of Psychology, Yangon University, Myanmar. While serving as a lecturer, he secured a state scholarship to pursue Master’s in industrial & organizational psychology at Gadjah Mada university sponsored by the government of the Republic of Indonesia under the Commonwealth program. His research interests include leadership styles, entrepreneurship and HR development from the social, psychological and cross-cultural perspective, organizational trust, employee wellbeing, and work engagement.
This event is part of the Business School Global Lecture Series of Altinbas University. The session will be moderated by Dr. Murad Canbulut, Chair of Department of Business Administration – Altinbas University.
