Student Opportunity: Sustainable, Healthy Cities Studio in Venice, Italy

The European Cultural Academy in collaboration with the Kellogg College Oxford and The Prince’s Foundation is offering a two-week studio in July 2021. Venice is perhaps the most distinguished built environment the world has ever seen. Join the two-week studio in Venice during the Architecture Biennale 2021.

Dates: 26 July – 6 August 2021, in Venice, Italy

This 12-day program will ask students to explore the potential to learn from the past, as well as from present technologies and practice, in order to design healthier cities for the future; and to retro-fit today’s urban spaces to cater for new challenges that may evolve.

The studio is open for talented Bachelor, Master, PhD students and recent graduates to share knowledge and experience with advanced scholars and professionals in Architecture, Urbanism, Art and Design.

The course is organised in collaboration with Dr. David Howard (Kellogg College Oxford), Dr. Matthew Hardy (The Prince’s Foundation) and the Global Centre on Healthcare and Urbanisation.
