5. Latest of An Academic Transcript in English version (GPA min 3.0)
6. Scanned Passport with validity minimum one year
7. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL/EFL (min 500) or you can use IELTS/IBT
8. Passport size photograph
