4. Certificate of Enrollment
5. Latest of An Academic Transcript in English version (GPA min 3.0)
6. Scanned Passport with validity minimum one year
7. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL/EFL (min 500) or you can use IELTS/IBT
8. Passport size photograph
9. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
