King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Thailand, would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for fall semester 2020 (Intake August – December 2020) is already opened. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Thailand including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, visa fees & Insurance.

– D4 & S1 batch 2017 & 2018
– S2 batch 2019
– Have a good english (oral & written)
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. Application Form with photograph size 1 inch (Please download from here Non-Regular-Application-Form-2)
2. Learning Agreement ( Please download from here KMUTT-Learning-Agreement-1 ). Please kindly fill advisor section with the signature Head of Department / Coordinator academic at your department. Please leave it blank at coordinator section (it will be done by ITS IO) Please also fill the learning agreement in this link http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange
3. An Official Academic Transcript in English version
4. A Valid English Proficiency English Test (You can use TOEFL/EFL with minimum Score is 477, or IBT/IELTS who equal with TOEFL 477)
5. A medical certificate or a recommendation letter from a doctor or an authorized medical specialist certifying that you are physically and mentally able to take the course and/ or are in good health (compulsory in English)
6. Scanned Passport with validity minimum one year
7. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
8. Motivation Letter “Why you should be accepted in student exchange program at KMUTT” (One Page A4 Arial 11, Margin 3,3,3 3)
9. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange)
For ITS Students who interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy in PDF Format) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : StudentExchange_KMUTT_Name_NRP maximum on 24 April 2020 (16.00 WIB). You must bring the original Learning Agreement & statement letter at Interview Selection ( around 28-29 April 2020)
