Courses options
Option 1 : BIOTECH 3 Spring Semester_EN (for D3 batch 2017, D4 and S1 batch 2017 & 2016)
Option 2 : SYLLABUS – Biotech 4 EN (for S2 all batch and S1 batch 2016 & 2015)
Nb: Students are not able to mix courses from option 1 to option 2.
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV (maximum 2 pages)
2. One original applicant’s University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 3.25 (out of 4.0)
3. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport information page (Valid min one year)
4. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL/EFL min 500, IBT 70, IELTS 6
5. 1 Page Cover Letter (kind of motivation letter completed with head of letter and applicant signature, you may googling it for fid the good example)

7. Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ ) For this file must signed by applicants and advisor/Head of Dept.
