Dankook University, South Korea would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for spring semester (Intake March – June 2019) is already opened. The tuition fee & dormitory for this program are waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials and living expenses in Korea including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance

Please pay attention with the information below
– Students should choose their campus to study depending on the majors and courses offered at each campus. Students are not allowed take courses from the other campus.
– Students may choose any courses from the list and mix courses from different departments within the campus regardless of their major. There is no prerequisite to attend courses in any year level, but some courses may have restrictions.
– Students can enroll in up to 19 credits per semester including the Korean language courses and minimum 12 credits. However ITS students must transfer the courses minimum 10 SKS.
Due to the limited courses in english, ITS students only can apply at College of International ( International Business Administration, Software Science & Mobile Systems Engineering). So, this program only open for S1 ITS Students minimum batch 2017 from Industrial Engineering Dept, Business Management Dept, Statistics Dept, Informatics Dept, Electrical Engineering Dept., Computer Engineering Dept and Information System Dept.
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV
2. DKU_Study Plan Form Please mentioned in which department that you would like to do exchange program.
3. One original Official Academic Transcript in English version
4. Certificate of Enrollment
5.. Photocopy of the applicant's passport information page (Valid minimum one year)
6. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL/EFL ( min 477) or you can use IELTS/IBT
7. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
8. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ ) Please get signed from your Head of Department at Coordinator Department section and please leave blank at Institutional Coordinator section.
9. Health Record & Insurance (you can submit it later)
10. Korean Proficiency Test (if any)
For ITS Students who interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy in PDF) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : StudentExchange_Dankook_Name_NRP maximum on 21 October 2018 ( 16.00 WIB). You must bring the original statement letter & learning agreement at Interview Selection on 23 or 24 Oct 2018
