Institut Supérieur d’Electronique de Paris (ISEP) France would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for spring 2019 (Intake Feb – June 2019) is already opened. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Franceincluding Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance

This program is opened for ITS students from related departments with criteria below:
– S1 batch 2015
– S2 batch 2018 & batch 2017
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV (maximum 2 pages)
2. One original applicant's University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 3.0(out of 4.0)
3. Photocopy of the applicant's passport information page (Valid min one year)
4. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL min 550 (For a moment you can use EFL 550), IBT 79
5. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
6. Statement Letter (please download from here http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ )
7. Learning Agreement, There are two types of learning agreement and you must submit both :
– Learning Agreement ISEP version ( en.isep.fr-learningagreement-2018-2019-semester2 )
in sending university section later will be filled by ITS International Office
– Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ )
For this file must signed by applicants and advisor/Head of Dept.
For ITS Students who interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : StudentExchange_ISEP_Name_NRP maximum on October 7, 2018 ( 23.59 WIB). You must bring the original documents at Interview Selection ( around 9-11 October 2018)
