Research Student Enrichment Program (RSEP) 2018 organized by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) through Directorate of Internaonal Partnership, RSEP 2018 provides academic advancement and research knowledge for Master and Doctoral students as the parcipants. The program aims to help the parcipants in developing qualified research and allows them to demonstrate their research study within the academic peers in the field, to develop research aims and narrow research questions, to discuss effective strategies in proofreading and editing written work and so forth. 

Who can apply? 

Final year Bachelor (S1), Master (S2) and Doctoral (S3) students of ITS.

What are the requirements?

2. Paper and PPT related to previous research
3. Commitment Leer (could be downloaded here)
4. Recommendation Letter by Head of Laboratory
5. CV
6. Motivation Letter
7. Passport (valid at least 1 more year)
8. English Language Cerficate (minimum score of TOEFL PBT: 477 / TOEFL IBT: 53/ IELTS: 5.5)
9. English Academic Transcript (minimum GPA for final year Bachelor students: 2.75 for Master and Doctoral Students: 3.00)

What are the steps of this program?

All the participants of RSEP are obligated to participate on RSEP Seminar and CommTECH Ideas Competition. Please kindly pay attention to important dates listed below:

1. Registration Deadline               : 10 April 2018 
2. RSEP Seminars                         : April-May 2018
3. CommTECH Ideas Competition : 11 May 2018 
4. Final Announcement                : Mid of May 2018 

How to apply?

Submission of completed documents is expected before April 10 , 2018 by uploading all the required documents in googledrive in one folder and share the link by email to int_off@its.ac.id with subject APPLY_RSEP_[your name]_[student number].

Prizes

Selected participants would be awarded for Joint Workshop for Global Engineers in Asia at Ritsumeikan University, Japan and Strategic Partnership Forum: Linking The Engineering Colleges in Asia at National Cheng Kung University – Taiwan.
