National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) Taiwan would like to inform you that the registration for Lab exchange application for fall semester 2018 (Intake Sept 2018 – Jan 2019) is already opened. The tuition fee for this program is waived. The selected participants also will have a chances to get stipend. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dormitory and living expenses in Taiwan including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, visa fees & Insurance.
This program open for ITS students with criteria below :
– S1 Lintas Jalur min batch 2017
– D3, D4 & S1 reguler min batch 2016
– S2 & S3, minimum already completed 1 year period study
– Have a good english ( oral & written )

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. 2018-2019APPLICATION FORM
2. An Official Academic Transcript in English version
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. A Valid English Proficiency English Test ( You can use TOEFL/EFL with minimum Score is 477, or IBT/IELTS who equal with TOEFL 477)
5. Two recommendation letters from your lecturers
6. Study Plan ( max 2 pages, TNR 12 margin 3 3 3 3)
7. Statement Letter (please download from this link http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ )
8. Autobiography (300 – 500 words)
9. Passport Information page scanned ( valid minimum 1 year)
10. 1-2 pages research plan (please mention in which lab that you would like to propose)
11. Other additional documents ( such as certificate or others)
For ITS Students who interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy in PDF Format) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : LabExchange_NCHU_Name__NRP maximum on March 27, 2018 ( 16.00 WIB). Howver, you must bring the original of your statement letter & study plan at interview selection (around 28-30 March 2018)
