The 1st Maritime Safety International Conference (Mastic) 2018 is organized by Marine Engineering Department, Faculty of Marine Technology, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya (ITS) as the way to share innovation and ideas of maritime safety. This event is calling for ideas, innovation, and research from various stakeholders such as academia, experts, policy makers and decision makers in government or organizations to share their experiences and development on several topics such as,

This event is bringing together the practitioners and conducting workshops with the topics:
  • Safety Operation of Ships at Sea using AIS Based Application
  • Human Factor in Safety Assessment
Under the cooperation with ITS-IEEE Indonesia Section, this event will submit the accepted papers for inclusion in IEEE Xplore for selection process conducted by the IEEE.
