Today, CommTECH Camp Insight 2017 participants visited Surabaya government office. To be exact, they visited the city's Development Planning Bureau, where they were introduced to good governance in Surabaya. After a presentation, they had a discussion session based on their sub-course directly with government staff. This discussion session is intended to give input to the government to improve the present condition in Surabaya, after class sessions and real-world observation in the site visitations. The visitation to government office ended with a lunch period.
After lunch, they proceeded to visit SME Center in Sukolilo, where they can browse and shop SME products. The SME Center is supported by the city's Bureau of Trade and Industry. The building consists of three floors where the products are divided by types. After shopping, the participants went back to the hotel to rest after a long day.
