Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) Malaysia would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for spring semester (Intake Feb – June 2017) is already opened. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in Malaysia including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance.
This program is opened for ITS students (Diploma & Bachelor but not open for freshman students). ITS students can check the available courses in this link http://www.unikl.edu.my/web/unikl/courses

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. 4 UIO Form_ISEM Application(Inbound)
2. 1 (one) original applicant's university transcript in English. The GPA of applicants must be higher than 2.75 (out of 4.0)
3. Certificate of enrollment
4. Motivation letter (One page of A4 using Arial 11 and margin 3,3,3 3)
5. Photocopy of the applicant's passport information page
6. Valid English proficiency test certificate (original). Applicant may use TOEFL/IELTS/IBT/EFL.
7. 1 (one) recommendation letter from an academic advisor
8. 2 (two) photos which is according to this guidelines APPENDIX A_Photo Requirements Immigration Dept.

11. Statement letter (statement letter can be downloaded from this link http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ )
12. Learning agreement. Applicants must submit two types of learning agreement, which are as follows :
– Learning Agreement UniKL version ( 4 UIO Form_ISEM Learning Agreement(Inbound) )
The "University" section will be filled by ITS International Office
– Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ )
The document must be signed by the applicant and the advisor/Head of applicant's department
For ITS Students who are interested to apply this program, please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : StudentExchange_UniKL_Name_NRP maximum on October 21, 2016 (16.00 WIB). The original documents must be presented in hardcopy at Interview phase (around 24 -26 Oct 2016)
