This program is open for ITS students (only for Bachelor and not open for freshman students). ITS students can do exchange only in this department :
– Software Engineering ( http://www.ic.kmitl.ac.th/se/15/ )
– Engineering & Technology Management ( http://www.ic.kmitl.ac.th/etm/82/?cid=331 )
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. Application_Form_Exchange_KMITL
2. One original applicant's University Transcript. (English version). The GPA of applicants must higher than 3.0(out of 4.0)
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. Motivation Letter ( One Page A4 Arial 11, Margin 3,3,3 3)
5. Photocopy of the applicant's passport information page
6. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL min 550 (For a moment you can use EFL 550), IELTS min 6.0, IBT 63
7. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor
8. Statement Letter (please download from here http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ )
9 Learning Agreement, There are two types of learning agreement and you must submit both :
– Learning Agreement KMITL version ( Exchange-Learning_Agreement-Rev02 )
in University section later will be filled by ITS International Office
– Learning Agreement ITS version (please download from here http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ )
For this file must signed by applicants and advisor/Head of Dept.
For ITS Students who interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : StudentExchange_KMITL_Name_NRP maximum on November 1, 2016 ( 16.00 WIB). You must bring the original documents at Interview Selection ( around 3 – 7 November 2016)
