The National Central University’s Exchange Program

The National Central University, Taiwan is pleased to offer the student exchange opportunity for ITS Students for September 2016 intake (one semester). There is NO scholarship available for this program but the tuition fee will be waived. All selected students must bear all the expenses consist of living expenses, airfare tickets and other possible costs. The selection process will be carried out by ITS International Office. Hence, students who are willing to take this opportunity must follow the following instructions:

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY

1. Registered as an active student (Bachelor or Master Level) in home university (ITS);
2. Have completed at least one academic year of study in home university;
3. Have good academic standing with GPA not less than 3.0;
4. Have good command of English in speaking and writing

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION

1. Complete Application Form (Application Form for Exchange Student-new)
2. Recent passport size photograph (unaltered by computer software)
3. Latest academic result/transcript certified by home university in English
4. English language examination result certified by home university (IELTS/TOEFL/TOEIC/Others)
5. 1 Strong Recommendation Letter
6. Learning agreement (LO_Credit Transfer and Learning Agreement)
7. 1 Page Motivation Letter
8. Support letter from home university (will be prepared by ITS International Office after the students are selected through internal selection)
9. Statement letter which indicates the commitment to bear all the expenses (living expenses, airfare tickets and other possible costs) during the exchange program
10. Certificate of Health Insurance
11. Scanned Passport
12. Scanned Students ID
13. Certificate of Enrollment

Monday, May 2, 2016 at 16.00
Submit your application at ITS International Office (Rectorate Building 2nd floor)
Late application will not be processed and is considered as an unsuccessful application
