Call for papers “Joint Workshop for Global Engineers in Asia 2015”

in Ritsumeikan University Japan, 25 – 28 July 2015

We are pleased to announce the Joint Workshop for Global Engineers in Asia 2015,  which will be held at Ritsumeikan University, Biwako Kusatsu Campus, Japan on  25^th -28^th of July 2015.

The participants of this workshop come from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Indonesia , Ritsumeikan University Japan, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) Thailand, and Institut Teknologi Brunei.

The requirement of this program :

1. Active students of Doctoral Program in Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)
2. Participant must have passport before 22^nd of June 2015
3. Fluent in English
4. Submit a paper of your own research from the field area below :

Important Dates

1. 4^th of June             :           Deadline of Hardcopy Documents Submission  ( CV, Paper, Copy of passport, copy of student ID). Please submit at International Office
2. 8^th -12^th of June     :           Paper selection process
3. 15^th -18^th of June   :           Presentation about the paper or research and Interview

ITS International Office will cover 75% of airfare for all the participants. Ritsumeikan University will cover accommodation & local transportation. The participants must responsible for other expenses such as visa, several meals and others.
