National Chiao Tung University (NCTU) which is ranked as top 3 universities in Taiwan started out as a graduate institute in 1989 and developed into a fully integrated department with BS, MS, and PhD programs in 1997. NCTU will conduct socialization workshop in ITS which is delivered by NCTU students.
