Incoming Lecturer

ITS welcomes for lecturer from partner institution to be our guest lecture. In case you would like to visit Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember as a guest lecturer, please contact International Office.

Below is the process of Incoming Lecture Process :

1. Billateral agreement is established between ITS and partner institution.
2. The coordinator of partner institution should contact International Office- ITS with the details of proposed visit. It includes the duration of visit, the topic and subject to be taught and the language to be used.
3. Guest Lecture in Indonesia (for long-term duration) should obtain the permit from Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia and Ministry of Labor. To obtain this permit, International Office will help the process.
4. International Office – ITS can help to arrange the accommodation and transportation for visiting lecturer.
