The 15th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology and Systems (ICTS 2025) is a technical co-sponsored IEEE conference organized by the Department of Informatics at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia, and co-hosted by Universitas Udayana, Bali, Indonesia. This event serves as an international forum for the computer science, information, and communication technology communities to discuss and exchange information and knowledge in their respective areas of interest. It aims to promote activities in research, development, and application of computer science, information, and communication technology. As in our previous events, the accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in IEEE Xplore and SCOPUS.
