Invitation to Monev for Final Report on Research Activities and ITS Fund Abmas in 2021

In the context of implementing ITS Research and Abmas Fund activities for the 2021 Fiscal Year, we hereby ask for assistance from the Head of the Department within the ITS Environment to inform the heads of activities receiving ITS Research and Abmas Fund Funds for the 2021 Fiscal Year (list attached) to attend on :

Day/Date/Time : Thursday – Friday / 23-24 December 2021 (According to the schedule in the attachment)
Platform : ZOOM (Attached)
Event : Monitoring and Evaluation of the Final Report on Research and Community Service Activities in 2021.

Notes

  1. The chief executive must be present and have joined the zoom meeting a maximum of 5 minutes before the specified schedule.
  2. If the chief executive is unable to attend, it must be represented by team members (lecturers), and be accompanied by a power of attorney from the chairman.
  3. Monev participants fill out the attendance list at the time of the monev.
  4. The duration of the presentation and interview per title is 10 minutes.
  5. The chief executive please check and complete reports on activities and outputs at SIMPel.
  6. The provisions for writing names at the zoom meeting are: ROOM NUMBER_NAMA PENELITI_SKEMA. (Example: 1_Fadlilatul Taufany_Scientific Research)
