Email / Cloud Storage Migration for ITS Academic Community

Announcement: With a change in policy on Google Workspace, DPTSI will close the Google Workspace service for the ITS academic community on March 31, 2022. As a substitute, the ITS academic community can use the facilities provided by Microsoft Office 365 (email, OneDrive, etc.).

Therefore, the ITS academic community must migrate data independently from Google Workspace to Microsoft Office 365 so that there is no risk of data loss.

One of the tools that can be used to migrate is Google Takeout which can be opened at https://takeout.google.com/.
