ITS Domain and Hosting Request

In 2018, each domain and hosting application will be changed to a subfolder, as follows:

1. Make a letter of application addressed to the Director of DPTSI and a letter signed by local officials (Head of Department, Secretary, Supervisor, Head of Bureau, Head of Bureau, Bureau of Finance, etc.)
2. Include the domain name that was submitted
3. Include PIC domain (name, ITS Email, No. HP)
4. The letter is scanned and sent/attached via servicedesk.its.ac.id
5. For Requests for Integra, Email, Domain and Hosting services, please register as a MEMBER for servicedesk.its.ac.id first
6. After the domain and hosting application has been processed by DPTSI, we will send the user and password via servicedesk.its.ac.idNew regulations for ITS domain and hosting requests for 2018

Website Template Request

1. Make a letter of submission (include name, email ITS, cellphone/telephone)
2. The letter is addressed to the Director of the DPTSI ITS
3. The DPTSI Director will approve the submission letter
4. We will install the template provided
5. You will get an account and password to fill in website content

Colocation

1. Make a letter of submission (include name, email ITS, cellphone/telephone)
2. The letter is addressed to the Director of the DPTSI ITS
3. The DPTSI Director will approve the submission letter
4. Furthermore, for server placement, coordinate with the Center for Infrastructure and Information Security
