The Industrial Design Department is committed to support the needs of the community, government and industry at the local, national, and international levels supported by Protomodel Laboratories, Human Centered Design, Integrated Digital Design, and Strategic Design & Management Laboratories. Several collaborations have been carried out with many national and international institutions such as the East Java Provincial Government, Surabaya City Government, Vocational Middle School in Indonesia, Adobe Training Center, and Autodesk for International Certification, Sheffield Hallam University (United Kingdom), and many more. Industrial Design Department has also been affiliated as a member of the Indonesian Industrial Product Design Alliance (ADPII) since 2006.
Departemen Desain Produk berkomitmen untuk melayani kebutuhan masyarakat, pemerintah dan industri di tingkat lokal, nasional dan internasional yang didukung dengan Laboratorium Protomodel, Human Centered Design, Integrated Digital Design dan Laboratorium Strategic Design & Management.
