Verification of Portfolio for prospective new students of industrial Design ITS SMITS-ACE 2025

Day, date: Thursday, 26 June 2025
Time: 07:00 WIB – completion
Venue: ITS Product Design Department Building, 1st Floor, Room 108
Required documents:
– Identification (ID card/student card)
– Proof of acceptance as an ITS 2025 Independent Pathway student
– Original artwork from the portfolio submitted online
– Personal drawing tools corresponding to the portfolio artwork (pencil, eraser, colouring tools as per the portfolio such as: markers, coloured pencils, watercolours, etc.)
Please prepare yourself well and maintain order during the verification process.

| 08:00 – 08:15 | Participants enter the exam room (Room 108) |
| 08:15 – 08:25 | Breafing Verification by Lecturers on duty in each Room |
| 08:30 – 10:30 | Participants begin to redraw Original Works |
| 10:30 – 11:30 | Verification of Original Works and Works by Verification Team |
| 11:30 – 12:00 | Participants leave the room |
Note:
– Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the start time. No additional time will be given to participants who arrive late.
