The admission process for new undergraduate students at ITS refers to Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Permenristekdikti) Number 2 of 2015 concerning the Admission of New Undergraduate Students to State Universities, as amended by Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 45 of 2015. The selection process is conducted through 3 admission pathways:
The admission quota for new ITS undergraduate students in each study program is allocated as follows: 30% through SNBP, 40% through SNBT, and 30% through the independent admission pathway.
