Students who wish to submit a letter can fill in the link provided *) Specifically for Active Student Certificates, Procedures for Application for Leave, Resignation, and Application for replacement Student ID can be submitted via each student on SIAKAD. If there is a letter that requires the signature of the Head of Department/Head of Study Program, it can be submitted via the link below.
The status of letters that have been submitted can be monitored via the link below. The finished letter will be sent automatically via the email registered with myITS SSO.
