In order to provide effective teaching and learning activities, the facilities and infrastructures of DURP have to be adequate to deliver the curriculum. This means that equipment, materials and information technology used are available and sufficient. DURP has classrooms, department-head room, department-secretary room, lectures room, support staff room, meeting room, seminar room, laboratories, training center, reading room, and studio room. The size and capacity of each room are also sufficient for the activities of students, academic staff, and support staff.
Each room in DURP equipped with facilities and equipment included LCD projector, TV, projector screen and whiteboard. The equipments are mostly located in department head room, laboratory, studio room, meeting room, seminar room, laboratories, training center, and classroom. ITS 4.0 initiatives have encourages the use of information technology and DURP has responded immediately. All of these facilities, equipments, and infrastructure are available for students activities outside lecture hours (except student center which available for the students at any given time). They can book the facilities, equipments, and infrastructure with certain terms through support staff with permission from academic staffs in charge. There are also learning facilities outdoor that are dedicated to students needs such as student center from a modified container, students plaza and other outdoor facilities that support learning activities
