Outstanding Educational Personnel Postgraduate Scholarship (PasTi)
In addition to the Domestic Postgraduate Education Scholarship, Kemenristekdikti also provides scholarships for Outstanding Educational Personnel to pursue higher education, commonly known as the PasTi Scholarship.

Regulations for Applicants and Scholarship Recipients Beneficiaries Beneficiaries of this scholarship program consist of: Educational personnel with Civil Servant (PNS) status or Permanent Non-PNS Employee status from State Universities (PTN) within Kemenristekdikti, Civil Servants (PNS) at the Kemenristekdikti Central Office, and Civil Servants (PNS) at Kopertis or Higher Education Service Institutions (LLPT). Applicant Requirements Must obtain approval from the Head of the Home Agency/Higher Education Institution in the form of an Assignment Letter. Applicants may only apply to one host higher education institution. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's (S1) or Diploma 4 (D4) degree in a field relevant to the study program to be taken. Applicants who hold an S1 or D4 degree but whose employment status is still recorded with a degree below S1 or D4 must adjust their educational status beforehand. Maximum age limit of 42 years old as of September 1 of the current year. Minimum GPA of 2.75 at the previous level of education. Register at the target higher education institution and on the registration application website http://beasiswa.ristekdikti.go.id/pasti/. Applicants who already hold a master's degree (S2) cannot apply for this scholarship. Dual scholarship funding is not allowed. Regulations for Scholarship Recipients The PasTi Scholarship aims to increase the qualifications of Educational Personnel and is not intended to facilitate a status change to become a lecturer. The period for awarding the scholarship is a maximum of 4 semesters. During the scholarship award period, the status of the Scholarship Recipient is Study Assignment. Scholarship Recipients must obtain a Study Assignment Decree in accordance with applicable regulations. Scholarship Recipients must sign an Agreement Letter between the Scholarship Recipient and the Scholarship Provider, in this case, the Director of HR Qualifications. After graduating, Studying Employees are required to serve at their original home higher education institution for 2n years (n is the duration of the Study Assignment in years). Studying Employees are required to comply with all academic regulations applicable at the Host Higher Education Institution (PT). Studying Employees who violate these regulations are subject to sanctions in the form of returning funds amounting to 2 (two) times the total scholarship amount received. B. Registration Mechanism Register through the website http://beasiswa.ristekdikti.go.id/pasti/ by fulfilling all required conditions; Apply to the target Host Higher Education Institution by meeting the registration requirements as an applicant at that institution; Participate in and fulfill all requirements of the Selection Process conducted by the target host institution; Monitor the results of the Scholarship Recipient Determination announced by the target host institution;

Scanned copy of Bachelor's (S1) or Diploma 4 (D4) diploma, Scanned copy of Bachelor's (S1) or Diploma 4 (D4) academic transcript, Copy of foreign language proficiency certificate in accordance with the requirements of the target host Postgraduate School, Medical Certificate from a government doctor, Scanned recent color pass photo size 3×4 (JPG or PNG format), Scanned copy of National ID (KTP), Three recommendation letters: One letter from a supervisor, and two letters from previous academic advisors (as required by the institution).
