In order to prepare Business Management (MB) undergraduate graduates who are ready to directly enter the workforce and be further developed professionally, various efforts are carried out to introduce students to real problems encountered in companies and industries. One form of this exposure is the Practical Work (KP) program. KP serves as a medium to introduce students to the field of Business Management expertise and to train them in performing tasks commonly handled by Business Management graduates within companies or industries. KP is more specific in analyzing particular problems within a company or industry and recommending solutions to address those problems. The knowledge and skills gained through this activity are also intended to provide students with a more practical understanding of the Business Management discipline.
