Mechanism for Submitting a Letter of Objection / Appeal (BAN PT)

The following is attached letter No. 6117/BAN-PT/LL/2017, regarding mechanism for Submitting a Letter of Objection / Appeal

Based on the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT) Regulation No. 1 of 2017 Regarding BAN-PT’s Organizational Structure and Governance, we hereby inform you that:

1. Based on Article 8 Paragraph 2 letters h points 4 and 5, that the Executive Board of BAN-PT accepts submissions of objections to the status of accreditation and / or tertiary accreditation ranking, prepares data and information and documents about the status of accreditation and / or accredited ranking to be submitted to the Accreditation Council,
2. Based on point 1 above, the correspondence related to objections / appeals on accredited status and rank shall be addressed to the Director of the BAN-PT Executive Board.
3. With the issuance of this letter point c in the Letter of the Director of the Executive Board of BAN-PT Number 6393 / BAN-PT / LU2016 dated October 5, 2016 concerning the Organization and Mechanism of work of BAN-PT which states that “Correspondence addressed to BAN-PT addressed to the Director of the BAN-PT Executive Board unless letters relating to objections / appeals to the status and rank of the accreditation so that it is addressed to the Chair of the Accreditation Council “is declared revoked.
