The following are the requirements for documents that must be uploaded to the Online Higher Education Accreditation System (SAPTO) :

The following are example of cover letter, statement letter and Standard Operational Procedure:

  1. Surat Pengantar
  2. Surat Pernyataan
  3. SOP

Note: To fill the Borang Data Kuantitaif, Please… Don’t change the template especially the Formula on each of the sheet and Don’t copy directly (CTRL + c & CTRL + p)
