Benchmarking Visit of ITS Quality Assurance Office to ITB Quality Assurance Unit

On December 12, 2025, the Quality Assurance Office (KPM) of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) conducted a benchmarking visit to the Quality Assurance Unit (SPM) of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).

Main topics of discussion included:

  • International Accreditation: strategies and experiences of ITB in achieving and maintaining international accreditation.
  • Internal Quality Assurance System: implementation of sustainable academic and non-academic quality assurance mechanisms.
  • Ranking & World Class University: ITB’s efforts to enhance its global ranking and steps toward becoming a world-class university.

The ITS delegation was warmly received by ITB’s Quality Assurance Unit secretaries:

  • Dr. Ir. Paramashanti, S.T., M.T. – Secretary for Academic Quality Assurance
  • Ir. Winny Wulandari, Ph.D. – Secretary for Institutional Reputation
  • Prof. Dr. Herto Dwi Ariesyady, S.T., M.T. – Secretary for Excellent Service Quality Assurance

This benchmarking activity serves as an important platform to strengthen collaboration between universities, broaden insights, and adopt best practices in quality assurance. Through this visit, ITS aims to reinforce its internal quality assurance system and support the achievement of international accreditation and global ranking targets.
