In collaboration with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Nokia, and NVIDIA, ITS has developed RoboDog, a robot dog that can be controlled remotely using AI technology and 5G networks. The robot is equipped with cameras and LiDAR sensors to monitor its surroundings in real time and receive voice commands. This innovation is intended to assist with inspections in high-risk areas such as the energy industry, mining, and disaster zones.

The ITS Nawasena Team won second place in the 2026 International Student Design Competition held by the Worldwide Ferry Safety Association (WFSA). This achievement was made possible through the innovative design of the MV Great Idia ferry, which embraces the concept of safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly water transportation.

ITS inaugurated the CWI-02 Building as part of the development of the Science Techno Park area. The inauguration was marked by the signing of the handover document and the symbolic handover of the building keys to ITS. The presence of this facility is expected to support research activities, industry collaboration, and the commercialization of innovations developed by civitas academica of ITS.
