PRACTICAL STUDY AND INTERNSHIP

The Undergraduate Actuarial Science Study Program at ITS offers two types of practical study for students:

1. Field Practical Study
   Students undertake a full-time practical study at a company, attending the workplace every working day for approximately 1.5 to 2 months. This practical study is usually completed during the semester break.
2. Capita Selecta
   Students undertake a practical study for one semester by working on a specific problem or project assigned by a company. Although students are not required to attend the workplace every day, they must still fulfil the required total number of practical study hours. This type of practical study may be completed during the academic semester, with students allocating certain days to attend the workplace.
