Capstone Design Exhibition 2026 marked a special milestone for the Department of Civil Infrastructure Engineering (DTIS), Faculty of Vocational Studies, ITS. Held on June 25, 2026, the event became the first major DTIS exhibition to take place at ITS Tower 3, providing a modern and inspiring venue to showcase students’ innovative engineering projects.
The exhibition was officially opened with remarks from Tatas, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Civil Infrastructure Engineering, who emphasized the importance of the Capstone Design program in integrating students’ knowledge, technical skills, and creativity to address real-world infrastructure challenges. The opening ceremony also featured a speech by Prof. Dr. Wahyu Wibowo, S.Si., M.Si., Dean of the Faculty of Vocational Studies, who expressed his appreciation for the dedication of both students and lecturers in producing practical and impactful solutions for sustainable development.
The event was attended by faculty members and hundreds of students, reflecting the strong enthusiasm for innovation and collaboration. Through this exhibition, students presented projects in water resources, transportation, structures, environmental engineering, and sustainability, demonstrating DTIS’s commitment to producing competent graduates who are ready to contribute to the future of smart and sustainable infrastructure.
