Indonesian International Students Mobility Awards (IISMA)

In the framework of Merdeka Learning-Merdeka Campus, the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture organized an international mobility scholarship program for 1000 undergraduate students called the Indonesian International Students Mobility Awards (IISMA). This scholarship is used to finance undergraduate students who are in semesters 4 to 7, to study physically for one semester and take 10-16 credits at foreign universities that are included in the TOP 300 QS WUR.
Student departure is planned for August / September 2021.

This scholarship includes living allowance, accommodation, airplane tickets, tuition fees, PCR / Swab test fees, and visa processing.
This program aims to provide opportunities for Indonesian students to gain international exposure, improve soft skills, build international networks, and take multi-disciplinary courses on world-renowned campuses.

The names of the Top 300 QS WUR campuses and the programs to be offered are determined by the Ministry of Education and Culture and a list of campus names will be released on May 1, 2021. Students do not register themselves at the Ministry of Education and Culture, but through a selection from ITS.

Some of the requirements that can be prepared from now on:

1) A passport that is still valid for 1 year
2) valid TOEFL IBT 80 / IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL ITP 550, TOEFL Prediction Test and Institutional Test cannot be used to apply for this scholarship
3) Applicant students are not currently receiving other scholarships from the Ministry of Education and Culture (Bidikmisi Scholarships, Excellence Scholarships)

IISMA socialization by the Ministry of Education and Culture for campuses in East Java including ITS will be held on Thursday, 22 April 2021 at 14: 00-15: 30 WIB via zoom and Youtube.

The socialization and selection process for this program will be carried out by the ITS Directorate for Global Partnership with the following timeline:
May 1, 2021: ITS Internal Socialization
May 15, 2021: Deadline for registration at ITS
18 May 2021: Announcement of passing the selection at ITS
28 May 2021: Announcement of the final results from the Ministry of Education and Culture-Dikti
